– **Service Deposits:** All deposits made for project commencement are non-refundable.
– **Monthly Services:** If you are on a monthly plan, cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
– **Completed Services:** Services that have been rendered in full are not eligible for
refunds.
– **Custom Work:** For custom digital services (e.g., websites, SEO campaigns), partial
refunds may be issued if cancellation occurs before substantial work has begun.
– **Disputes:** If you are dissatisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.
